You will fall in love with this house on the Sonnberg and our Wildschönau high valley. YOUR vacation home is located in a biologically built architect's house above a small alpine pasture, halfway up the mountain, at the end of a small road. The apartment comprises a very spacious living room with access to the roof terrace and garden, two bedrooms (double beds with natural latex zone mattresses as well as natural bedding and organic bed linen), two bathrooms, large eat-in kitchen with south-facing balcony incl. table group, cupboard room with washing machine, storage room, extra WC, hallway, staircase and covered parking spaces. The garden sauna is available to YOU for two evenings for your exclusive use. YOU can also use our two trekking e-bikes, subject to availability. The apartment is furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The furnishings consist of solid wood furniture. From both living levels YOU can enjoy an enchanting view of the Kitzbühel mountains and the district of Niederau.

The house is located in the first part of the high valley in the middle of the Wildschönau Alpbachtal skiing and hiking area. In summer YOU can use the WildschönauCard to use the two cable cars and the nearby outdoor pool free of charge. The Skijuwel Wildschönau Alpbachtal ski area and the entrance to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Kitzbühel in Tyrol are approx. 10 minutes away by car.
