Cozy little wooden hut on a farm, with free-range chickens, runner ducks (usually with their own chicks in summer) and a nice family atmosphere. Completely renovated in May 2023. Baltic Sea coast (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Plöner See, Karl May Festival Bad Segeberg) are only 16 to 22 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. Own bus stop at the farm. Lübeck, Bad Segeberg, Plön, Neustadt or Eutin within easy reach. Surrounding area with lakes is ideal for cycling and hiking. Cottage is ideal for 1 to 2 persons. Access by car or camper is possible without any problems right up to the front door, plenty of free parking spaces available. A fresh water tap is available for motorhomes for a separate fee. E-bikes can be charged free of charge. For e-cars, a TESLA wallbox charging station with 22 kW/h is available for a fee (which is of course also suitable for other e-cars). Just ask if you are interested.

Access to the main building is via a cinematic 300-meter-long avenue of lime trees. The private grounds cover around 35,000 m², so you can truly indulge in your favorite relaxation activities undisturbed. Guests can take advantage of the sunset on the covered outdoor seating area of the Küstenscheune free of charge to relax or chat or for their own sun-downer. Our own 300 m² biosphere natural pond invites you to linger. No disturbing neighbors, no factories, workshops or other businesses in the vicinity, at most - depending on the season - a few agricultural vehicles. Owls hooting or roosters crowing... Please note: The hut is fully equipped for living, but has no running water. This means that the newly renovated WC and shower are located a few steps opposite in the main building "Die Küstenscheune". It is a wooden hut, i.e. we do have electric heating, but in very cold weather it can be cooler than usual.
