This spacious 80m2 vacation home has on the ground floor a living room with open-plan kitchen and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to a spacious loft bedroom with a king-size bed. On the ground floor is a second 25m2 bedroom with second ensuite private bathroom with rain shower. This room has a sitting area and coffee and tea making facilities, a double bed (Queen size) and a TV. There is a cozy full kitchen with delicious coffee, a milk frother, refrigerator, vegetable steamer, toaster, combination microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a 4-burner induction hob. Coffee and tea are free, as well as drinks in the fridge. Beds are made and towels are provided. You have a private entrance and French doors to your private terrace. Both rooms have their own entrance and can be reached from the inside. So you can go out with family or friends, eat together, but you can also retreat and do your own thing.

The accommodation is surrounded by meadows, water and Willows. The view extends over meadows with beautiful skies. Cabauw a typical polder village, where the buildings are located on a dike with a canal. Along the canal are willows. It lies in the middle of the Green Heart of the Utrecht Valleys, in the Lopikerwaard bordering the Krimperwaard and near the Lek. Across the lek lies the Albalsserwaard. Here we have endless possibilities for walking and cycling. There are also beautiful nature reserves nearby. Cabauw is literally in the middle of the Netherlands and therefore very central. From Cabauw you are in 30 minutes in Utrecht and Gouda, and is 20 minutes from Woerden located. Rotterdam is located.
