We had this house built as our pied a terre when we are in the Netherlands. We are spoiled people when it comes to living comfort hence we did not spare any money when building and furnishing our house. Building on Paterswoldsemeer was a done deal for us because of the peace and quiet and beautiful nature. I hope you will enjoy staying in it as much as we do.

On the border of Groningen and Drenthe on a creek 30 meters away from the Paterswoldsemeer lies our single-story vacation house Neerwold. The house was built under architecture in 2019. Surrounding the house is a large terrace with a lounge sofa, spacious dining area, relaxing chairs, umbrellas and a BBQ. The house itself is fully equipped : air conditioning ( living room and master bedroom ) wireless internet, TV with netflix and prime video, sonos, complete kitchen. Extra TV in the bedroom. Everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Around the lake you can eat well in several restaurants with cozy terraces. Sportily there is also plenty to do including water sports, swimming, hiking and cycling. Within cycling distance of the beautiful city of Groningen, where you have a cozy downtown. A visit to the commodity market, the groninger and museum and the forum is definitely worthwhile. And an hour's drive away you will find the largest zoo in the north Wildlands.
