Classic Czech farmhouse, charming but also really old fashioned. Absolutely beautiful situated with magnificent views. For people who love the outdoors, to bring the dogs, make walks, spot wildlife, make BBQ/ campfire outside ánd love a wood stove. Note; there’s no heating in the house, except for a electrical one, with a timer, in the bathroom (which warms the bathroom quite quick). One small wood stove in the (small) kitchen and one bigger in the living room. Both work very well!

Surrounded by hills, green fields, meadows, forests, swamps, and a river. The water comes from the spring not far from to the house, it tastes wonderful and it’s very clear. Lots of wildlife; roes, boars, deers, etc could be standing right in front of the garden. Winters can be cold though, so we just have to see if it’s comfortable enough; not if it’s too cold. All depends on the weather, on your clothes and your inner thermostat ;-)
