Welcome to the "Treppenhaus" in the middle of Germany. Northern Hesse is the perfect place for a maximum of 9 people to experience a relaxing vacation. Our vacation home is actually located in the (mathematical) center of Germany, on the outskirts of the town of Niedenstein, directly on the forest and in the Habichtswald Nature Park. We rent our lovingly renovated architect's house exclusively for tourist purposes and we do not accommodate groups under 25 years of age. 6 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 3 single rooms), 2 large modern bathrooms with Wc and 2 separate WC's on 2 floors are available to you in the staircase. Additional washbasins are available in one single and one double room. There is a TV in 3 of the bedrooms. You will find a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a large hallway/dining room with a round dining table and a spacious living room with TV. Parking is available for max. 4 cars directly on the property.

The "Treppenhaus" is located in the middle of Germany and offers space for a maximum of 9 people. You can relax on several idyllic seating areas, which sometimes offer sun and sometimes shade. The large, almost park-like garden plot ends directly at the edge of the forest. Long walks or challenging hikes on one of the well-developed paths, for example on the Habichtswaldstieg or to the Hessenturm, start right at the garden gate. Cyclists, mountain bikers and e-bikers will find their El Dorado in the premium Habichtswald Nature Park, from sporty, active biking to relaxing cycling in the Fulda or Eder floodplains. The Documenta city of Kassel with the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe (a World Heritage Site since 2013) offers plenty to relax the body, mind and senses. Of course, you can also go shopping and stroll around the cafés and restaurants.
