The Blue Lodge is part of the eco-friendly and colorful "Iguanas of Stavoren. The nine sustainably built vacation homes are all uniquely and idyllically located on a small headland. The water surrounding the headland provides a connection to the adjacent meadow nature reserves. The Blue Lodge offers beautiful views of this natural water. The house is very suitable for families. There is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, for example for grandpa and grandma who also come along. The living space is very bright, partly due to the spacious conservatory with doors to the garden with a deck both directly behind the house and on the waterfront. From the deck on the water there is (in the distance) a view of the neighboring village of Warns.

The Blue lodge is located in a quiet spot and surrounded by greenery. Nevertheless, at about 10 minutes walking distance you will find the center of Stavoren with several cozy cafes and facilities including a supermarket with extensive assortment. You can swim at the nearby swimming beach on the IJsselmeer and also during the boating season you can easily use the nearby facilities of the Marina Haven behind, including (for a small fee) the indoor pool and small mini-market.
