On a beautiful location in the Betuwe overlooking mill de Korenbloem, free view over the meadows and river Linge, is our small but cozy guesthouse. It is one room containing an enclosed toilet and shower, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, electric 2-burner stove, oven, sandwich maker, (filter) coffee maker and kettle. It is attractively furnished with a generous double bed, 2 armchairs and a table, TV with chromecast, radio CD player. Heating by wood stove and/or electric heater. Parking across the street. Private entrance through garden gate. Private garden with 2 garden chairs, a fire basket and long dining table with 2 benches. In the summer possibility of hanging a hammock Bicycles can be kept dry under cover and there also be charged. Free use of 2 person canoe.

Our guesthouse is located in an agricultural area in the Betuwe, completely detached opposite the historic mill of Zoelen. The garden adjoins a meadow where after 60m the river Linge flows and where a wooden shoe path runs through and along. If one crosses the street, which can be a bit busy at certain times, one is within 3 minutes on the estate Soelen which is managed by the Forestry Commission and where you can walk. In the village is a restaurant and a cafe / snack bar located and a large event location with recreational beach. Within 5 min you are on the highway A15 or in Tiel where all facilities such as hospital, stores, restaurants, theater, the Flipjesmuseum etc. are present. The many bicycle node routes lead among others to the historic, picturesque town of Buren or Wijk bij Duurstede. In spring there are several blossom routes to ride, later in the season there are cherry, apple or pear routes. The Fruitcorso and Appelpop are major events in September.
