The former gamekeeper's house was completely renovated in 2013/14. Located directly on the edge of the forest with its own forest access and on a hill, the gable faces the Allgäu mountains and the Alps.

On the one hand, the house is the ideal retreat from the stress of the day for a weekend or a week, on the other hand, there are a large number of sights, ski resorts, golf courses, cycle paths and fishing opportunities within an hour's drive.
