The bathroom is very modern, equipped with a walk-in shower and in the bedroom you will find a high-quality box-spring bed. Free parking space with wallbox (for a fee) under the carport. The location on the edge of the village, the magnificent distant view over the Schozachtal and Zabergäu, unique sunsets, a large swimming pond for shared use and luxurious furnishings make this domicile something special. Cycling and hiking trails pass right by the house. Our house is located in the middle of the vineyards in the Ilsfeld district of Helfenberg, at the foot of the Schlossberg. The village has only 300 inhabitants. Despite the proximity to the highway, we live in a very quiet area. From the front door you can hike or cycle through the charming countryside. The leisure activities on offer are very varied and range from art and culture (Ludwigsburg, Heilbronn, Schwäbisch Hall...) to wine tours, sporting activities, a visit to the Tripsdrill theme park and much more.
