The vacation home is ground floor and over 122m2 with underfloor heating and consists of a living room, kitchen, hallway, separate toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, the house has a large terrace overlooking the fish pond and farmlands. Our vacation home is suitable for adults only and not suitable for the disabled. No pets and smoke free.Living room: Interactive TV with netflix and as many as 70+ channels in full HD, DAB radio, wifi, spacious dining table, sitting area with 2 chairs and corner sofa.Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with service goods, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, Senso select coffee machine, kettle, microwave, bar table with 4 bar stools.Hallway: Toilet, closet space for storage, connection for washer and dryer. Our vacation home (apartment) is centrally located between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle in the small village of Den-Nul. From the apartment you have a view over the fish pond and the farmlands. The magnificent nature reserve the Duursche values can be reached both on foot and by bike. About 1000m away is the information center IJssel. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and then take a beautiful walk through the area including the old stone factories, the riparian forests and of course the river IJssel. With the famous Cossack ferry (only in the months of April to September) you can make a crossing to the picturesque Veessen. A visit to the Hanseatic city of Deventer with its beautiful old town. Furthermore, the IJsselline (highly secret waterline from the Cold War) is definitely worth a visit.
