Come discover my typical Swedish house in the middle of the beautiful nature of Värmland with the nature reserve Swartån right across the street. The house has central heating and the wood-burning stove in the kitchen adds to the atmosphere and coziness. The house has a shower and toilet on the second floor. The house is not (yet) suitable for the disabled who cannot climb stairs. As for pets, one dog is allowed, more at extra charge. The dogs are not allowed to go to the neighbor's property and so must be well kept or leashed. Once you are in the woods and it is out of the breeding season then they can run loose.

Behind the house are endless productive forests where deer, elk and wild boar are regular sightings. In the right seasons there are endless amounts of berries, raspberries and mushrooms to pick. In front of the house is the nature reserve Svartån with the river of the same name in which beavers have built their lodges in several places. Fun fact; this is the only river in Sweden that flows to the north. Last summer a few kilometers away a brown bear was even filmed by a wildlife camera. There are several lakes in the area where you can enjoy swimming or canoeing. There are also shelters in the area that can be used during hikes and where you can and may start a cozy fire. Often there are also bbq facilities at places like this. Mon 41 - Sunnemo, places like Filipstad, Hagfors and Munckfors are all less than half an hour's drive away.
