In the middle of the forests of 60 hectares, we welcome you to our modern (2023) and bright vacation home with a unique location. The house can accommodate 16 people with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large terrace with a fantastic view of nature. Very in the distance you can see here and there a house, but otherwise you are really all alone here. The house is fully equipped, and is therefore a wonderful family home to get together and enjoy nature. Outside you will find a soccer / playground and trampoline, inside there are all kinds of games for children. The house is spread over 2 floors, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a large terrace with 2 large tables, benches and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view outside.

Via a dirt road (approx. 300 mtr) you enter the nature reserve "Bresses" to get to our house. Once at the top of the hill you have from the house a beautiful view over the valley and river. In the woods lives all kinds of wildlife (including wild boar, deer, foxes and all kinds of birds) and is a wonderful base for hiking, (race/mountain bike) cycling and other activities. The property is part of the estate "Château de Rolley" where all kinds of walks are also possible. Bastogne is 5 km away and offers all amenities (supermarkets, stores, sports facilities). You will also find the Bastogne War Museum, which gives an impressive picture of the great WW2 battle in the Ardennes (Battle of Bulge). There was also heavy fighting around the house at the time.... Houffalize is about 15km away, Saint Hubert and its large forest about 20km.
