Our house (300m2)is completely free in a protected nature reserve. The house offers views over meadows and forests. The environment is very quiet, green and rolling. The village of Zlabek has ten houses. The garden is 1800 m2, with campfire place, shade and sun. From the garden you can regularly spot wildlife. For a real vacation feeling you can take a dip in the pool to be heated. The dimensions of the pool are 8.20 x 3.50 x 1.55. There is also an infrared sauna. There is also a trampoline, volleyball court and plenty of space for badminton or soccer. When the evening cools down a little, you can relax under our covered veranda with wood stove to enjoy the beautiful starry sky.The beautiful Lipno Lake starts 800 m from the house, more beautiful really can not! Besides the tranquility around the house begins the tourist fun a few kilometers away: terraces, restaurants. Shopping can be done in the town of Cerna Posomavi (3km) or Horní Planá (5 km).

The beautiful surroundings near the house lend themselves particularly well to hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The routes are marked or described in the guestbook. Lake Lipno, with its 45 km length, is the largest lake in the Czech Republic. On and around the lake are many activities possible, such as swimming, (catamaran) sailing, surfing or canoeing (outboard motors are prohibited) There are sandy beaches playgrounds and rental of equipment and bicycles. A ferry goes across to the beautiful nature reserve Šumava, which borders Germany. The town of Český Krumlov, 23 km away, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site (accessible by train from the station 800 meters away) with antique stores, galleries, Bohemian crystal, waterfront terraces and a castle. The Vlatva River flows right through the city, making boating trips in and around the city possible. There are numerous activities in the town of Lipno. There is also a viewing tower and cable car.
