In Annweiler am Trifels there are two fairytale witches' cottages: Almost in the forest and with direct access to hiking trails, they are waiting for your visit. To make you feel as comfortable as in a hotel, the beds are made up, fresh towels are provided and there is water, heating and electricity. When you arrive, you can order your breakfast basket for the next morning. The next morning, you can have breakfast on the veranda with a fantastic view. You can spend a fairytale vacation here as if you were in another world. As you walk through the villa park to the edge of the forest, you can already feel it: as if intimidated by the magical tranquillity, everyday life is left behind and you can breathe more freely. You open the crooked door with a key, as if from another time, and your vacation begins.

The Hexenhäuschen are located right on the edge of the forest with breathtaking views over the town of Annweiler and the mountains beyond. You are in the dreamlike Southern Palatinate, amidst the adventurous castles, ruins and red sandstone cliffs of the Palatinate Forest and very close to the Southern Wine Route with its wine festivals and wineries. The medieval town center in Annweiler is worth a stroll, and for hiking we recommend the castle trail to Trifels, Anebos and Münz.
