Large authentic former farmhouse ("mas" in French) outside the village of Saint Quentin la Poterie in the Gard. Large grounds of 12,000 m2 with some olive and fruit trees right in front of the house and an old water tank that has been converted into a comfortable swimming pool. We have deliberately left the house as much as possible in its old state to preserve the atmosphere of the past. The four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. On the ground floor is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and WC. On the second floor a bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and WC. In the very spacious living room there are seats for at least ten people and a large dining table, smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. On the second floor where the four bedrooms are located and the bathroom there is also air conditioning.

The farmhouse is located just outside the village of St Quentin on a large property bordering its neighbor's olive grove. It is situated on a small road leading from St. Quentin to the beautiful medieval town of Uzès, 4 km away. neighbor's orchard. St. Quentin is surrounded by the typical southern French hilly garrigue nature where you can do beautiful hiking. The Cevennes national park is an hour's drive away. There are nice opportunities for swimming in the region's rivers and for canoeing.
