In the middle of the forest behind our vacation home is the Forest Cottage. A small log cabin with a wood-burning stove and a lovely double bed. In the evening you can read by the fireplace and hide away in the spacious loveseat. If you want a comfortable chair there, we can add one. From the cottage you look directly into the forest through two man-sized double-glazed windows. With the light-proof curtains closed, you can sleep late and be awakened by the singing of birds. Would you like to join us for dinner in the evening? Then that can be booked in advance. We can also provide breakfast in the morning. The outside toilet is located next to the Boshuisje. Showers are in the main house. Because there are still some finishes to be done on the outside. We are currently charging a special price.

The Belgian Kempen are a paradise for hiking and cycling. In consultation we have two mountain bikes to borrow. On the grounds across the street is a second cottage. When this is not rented, you can also use the sauna and shower there, for a fee. For shopping or restaurant visits you can go to Herentals, Kasterlee or Turnhout. Visit Bobbejaanland (15 min) or drive through the beautiful Kempen with its diverse nature.
